- My name is Chelsey. I graduated from ASU in May 2009 with a degree in Business Management. I am really involved in my church calling and have in the last year and a half discovered my love for making cakes! I love my boyfriend Jacob and my family. I'm so blessed to be surrounded with such wonderful people!

Like I was telling Wendy, that everyone has different motivations so as a manager or a leader position you have to find the right motivation for your employees. I gave her some of my personal experience at work for my employees. But there are times when you have those employees that are not motivated and you have kind threaten them, however in the boundries of the companies rules.
